It's more than that. He acknowledges that he's a bully, and then shows us what motivates a bully.

He's given himself away, and so I'm going to put it up there again:

Often you'll see these kids, in their frustration at being unable to succeed, lash out in bullying behaviors.

And yes, often that includes seeking the support and assistance of other misfits.

He's said basically the same thing in the past (as koban or sod, or whatever), but rather than "momma's boys," he was laughing about shoving "poindexters" into lockers in school.
