It's stupidity is what it is. God's throne (i.e. His authority) is FOUNDED upon righteousness and justice. That's what those verses you ignored say. It doesn't say that God transcends these nouns. It doesn't say that He IS these nouns. God is not His own authority. He has authority (noun) and that authority (noun) is founded (verb) on righteousness (noun) and justice (noun).

We have no decree from GOD saying that was definitely going to happen, and yet here we are told GOD can do it at any time if need be.

If GOD is patient and unchangeable, then there has always been time with GOD, otherwise patience could not be going on.

When God interacts with His creation, He does so in time.
That does not mean that God is subject to time in any way apart from His creation.
Eternal means unbound by time.
If God is subject to time, then time is God. That's my whole point. God can be subject to no noun, otherwise God isn't God. Grammatically.

No beginning and no end means “Infinite”.
Our created universe has a Beginning and an End... “Finite”.
Our Infinite Origin (God) can interact with our Finite universe...
However... Infinity denotes that God is beyond the finite or in simpler terms... God is before (discriptive word that is lacking in depth) all that is measurable by time.
Time is linear and cannot account for God having no beginning.
To bound God to time by anything other than “choice” is to say God had some form of “beginning”.
On a train track of negative infinity... an origin would be required for the train to arrive anywhere... if placed in a finite system that is measurable by “time”.
However...
Once it is understood that the Infinite exists apart from the finite and always has... it all fits.
