Members of the Body of Christ are complete in Christ

Colossians 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Israel is not yet complete

Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.

Israel is an holy nation

1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

but in the Body of Christ, there is no nationality

Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

The Body of Christ is Gods Holy Nation---

1Pe 2:1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,
1Pe 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
1Pe 2:3 If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
1Pe 2:4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
1Pe 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
1Pe 2:6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
1Pe 2:7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
1Pe 2:8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.
1Pe 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
1Pe 2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Paul, who filled up that which was behind of the afflictions of Christ in his flesh for His body's sake, which is the church (Colossians 1:24 KJV) never made mention of the Body being a "priesthood", just as Peter never spoke of a joint body of believers.

Things that are different are NOT the same!

When are you going to learn or admit that Truth is not and cannot be based nor founded upon unknowns, logically impossiblities, or what is simply not factual, tangible, nor even uttered or established by God nor man.

No Christian dogma was ever developed by what was is not factual, let alone what is not even said . . . By God or man.

You show nothing but a gross pathology by your unrealistic attempts to make Truth out of what is not there.

Instead of believing in what Scripture says, you choose to invent beliefs according to what scripture does not say.

You can't stand it that the Bible says a lot of different things and the only way it should be reconciled is to 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV.
Instead of studying the approved unto God way, you spiritualize it all away (anything, but believe the passage means what it says, as it says it and to whom it says it).

I knew that.

Christ is the head of the church (Ephesians 1:22-23 KJV) of which I'm a member of His Body (1 Corinthians 12:27 KJV, Ephesians 5:30 KJV): where believers are saved (1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV), identified by one Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:13 KJV) and sealed unto the day of redemption (Ephesians 1:13-14 KJV, Ephesians 4:30 KJV).

You hope you are a member of His Body, but you deny the gifts of the Spirit in the real Body of Christ.

1Co 12:7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
1Co 12:8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
1Co 12:9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
1Co 12:10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
1Co 12:11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
1Co 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
1Co 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
1Co 12:14 For the body is not one member, but many.
1Co 12:15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
1Co 12:16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
1Co 12:17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
1Co 12:18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
1Co 12:19 And if they were all one member, where were the body?
1Co 12:20 But now are they many members, yet but one body.
1Co 12:21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
1Co 12:22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:
1Co 12:23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
1Co 12:24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked:
1Co 12:25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.
1Co 12:26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.
1Co 12:27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
1Co 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
1Co 12:29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
1Co 12:30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
1Co 12:31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

Some have it--

"and yet I show you a way of excellence."

Heir, you do not seem to believe in any manifestations of Gods Spirit in the Body.

No priesthood, nothing.

I know I am a member of the BoC (Romans 8:16 KJV). I can look back to a time/a moment (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV) when I trusted the Lord's faith and finished work in my place after hearing and believing the word of truth, the gospel of my salvation (1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV, Ephesians 1:13-14 KJV). It's a done deal (Colossians 2:9-13 KJV)!

I do not deny that there WERE gifts, but I believe those mentioned in 1 Cor. vanished away when that which is perfect came (1 Corinthians 8-13 KJV).

You don't have any of those listed and you know it. We've been over this. Just fess up and move on.

It goes against their religion.

2 Timothy 3:8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

They've been spoon fed a religious, denominational system of bondage and they don't believe the scriptures that will loose the chains!

Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
