You seem to prefer the Latin origin words over the Germanic. Many do for the roll factor. I happen to enjoy the Germanic words- their brevity mostly. They get to the point.

There's a certain cleanness of form and functionality in many one-syllable words; home and fear are good examples of that. Thanks. :thumb:
