Yes, we disagree as to what "it" is.
The words 'it is finished' are translated from one word in the Greek- 'tetelestai' which means 'paid in full'. Christ on the cross paid in full for the sins of the whole world.
It's done. It will not be done again. There is no need for it to be done again. GOD was in Christ reconciling the whole world unto Himself. The responsibility upon individuals is to believe/faith/trust it.
