We can't talk about empathy while we fight like this with reps after being together for so long.

Long ago I apologized to you for offending comments that I had made when I had no awareness of the tragedy you had suffered. I thought you accepted my apology. Obviously my perception was incorrect. Being that you can not forgive I suppose that only leaves one route forward. I really wish it wasn't so.
