Only all those given by the Father:

John 6:37 KJV All that the Father giveth me shall come to me;
and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

They are all the elect of God, chosen before the foundation of the world Eph. 1:4 KJV;
the only ones who will believe on Christ unto salvation.

2 Tim. 1:9 KJV Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works,
but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began

GT

Yes, but only if you can prove it from scripture.
And you have failed.

These scriptures stand:

~~~~~
I have already explained those scriptures to you.
That scripture is about the lost sheep of Israel.
Jesus came first for the lost sheep of Israel.
The lost sheep of Israel are the people who had faith in God BEFORE Jesus came to earth.
When Jesus came to earth, only these lost sheep could come to Jesus, they were God’s, but God gave them to Jesus. They now had to go through Jesus to keep a relationship with God. Jesus said he would not lose any that God gave him.
These lost sheep were drawn to Jesus because they recognized what Jesus was saying as God’s Word. They recognize God’s Word because they learned from God before Jesus came. See John 6:45.
The other Jews who did not have faith in God before Jesus came, God cut them off and hardened them, so that they could not listen to Jesus and be saved.
When Jesus was lifted up on the cross, THEN ALL men can come to God. All men from all races and religions.
The Jews can be grafted back in if they do no persist in unbelief.
We all have access to God through Jesus by faith.
No one can come to God unless by faith.
The lost sheep of Israel are the church, the body of Christ !
Also those in the flesh cannot please God Rom 8:8, so they cannot come to God in Faith !
Nowhere anywhere in the Bible does it say we cannot believe in God after learning of Him, for that is exactly how we come to know of Him.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say God saves us and this causes us to believe.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say God saves us while we hate Him.
Those in the flesh cannot please God Rom 8:8, so they cannot come to God in Faith !
Do you know what cannot means ?
Those living to PLEASE THEIR FLESH cannot please God.
They live to please their flesh with sinful acts.
They do not want to stop doing that.
They are the ones who will not come into the light to be saved.
They are the ones who cannot please God.
They cannot please God while they are living to please their flesh.
There are people who are good and they come to the light.
Luke 8:15 “… these are the ones who have heard the word in an honest and good heart, and hold it fast, and bear fruit with perseverance.”
Matthew 12:35 A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.
There are people who are good and they come to the light.
There is not a scripture that says that, and it is in direct contradiction to Rom 3:10-12
10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
John 3:19
19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
men by nature love darkness rather than light !
No Gospel without Preaching Imputation !
No Gospel without Preaching Imputation !
We really can't preach the Gospel without explaining the key point of Imputation because it is only through Imputation did Christ die for the sins of those He died for 1 Cor 15:3
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
In order for that to happen, those sins called our sins, had to be imputed to Him or charged to Him, and then also the Gospel of Imputation is not complete if we do not teach Imputation of His Righteousness to the very same ones that their sins had been Imputed to Him 2 Cor 5:21
21 For he hath made him to be sin for us [by imputation], who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him[by imputation].
For in the Eternal Purpose of God, the Imputing our sins to Christ and the Imputing of His Righteousness to us, is one and the same act and exchange of God, it was an exchange of value for value, Our Sins to Him, His Righteousness to Us, hence Reconciling us to God, into His friendship and favour.
This is why those He died for are reconciled to God while they are being enemies Rom 5:10. That word reconciled is the greek word katallassō:
I.to change, exchange, as coins for others of equivalent value
A.
to reconcile (those who are at variance)
B.
return to favour with, be reconciled to one
C.
to receive one into favour
See, the fact is, we could not have been reconciled to God while enemies if God had not received us as Righteous through the exchange of Imputation !
So our reconciliation must meant Christ Righteousness Imputed, and again this exchange of Imputations took place before we knew anything of it and before we believed, in fact that is what we are called by the Gospel to believe, for its the word of Reconciliation to us 2 Cor 5:19
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
Thats another name for the Gospel, and this is not an contingent reconciliation, conditioned upon the will of man, but its an already established fact of reconciliation of all for whom their sins had been imputed to Christ, and His Righteousness Imputed to them for exchange !
So true. No "freewill" or cooperation of man plays any part in God's Reconciling His People to Himself.
For, in His Divine Purpose, God had already established this exchange of Imputations in eternity for all
His Election of Grace 2 Tim. 1:9 KJV.
