Joh 8:42 Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now am here. I have not come on my own; but he sent me.
Joh 8:43 Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say.
Joh 8:44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
Joh 8:45 Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me!Joh 8:46 Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don't you believe me?
Joh 8:47 He who belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God."

Notice Stan, He came from God so he can not be God.

Stan, it is YOU who does not read scripture.
You do not have the courage to face truth when it hits you in the face.

I accept ALL the scriptures keypurr, including the ones you keep repeating, but I understand them IN CONTEXT, which you refuse to do.

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John 1:18&version=LEB;NET;NASB;NRSV;MOUNCE

Nobody denies God is Jesus' Father even though Matt 1:20 says the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary, we understand it. YOU and your ilk don't.

All you do is throw out scripture that you use to deflect and obfuscate the truth of God, like ALL unbelievers do.

YES, He was sent from God, so explain how he is God if he was sent from God.

Did God send himself? Then who did he pray to? No logic in that thinking BR.

John 1:18 (NIV)

We don't need to explain it keypurr, the Bible already does.

Well that deduction just shows how badly you interpret scripture.
Sherlock Holmes you are definitely NOT.

Your not even close to understanding the content of scripture.

You should listen to me Stan. You will not hear what I teach in church.
I teach truth not fable. Your choice is to follow God and his son or your traditional error ridden church.

You say that because you do not understand the content of what is written. Jesus Christ has a God, his God is the only God. He has told us that and you wish to discard it. You would rather go along with the crowd which only follow their traditions, tan to follow your Lord.

Jesus was not God. There is only ONE TRUE GOD, his Father.

You believe in a least two Gods, The Father and the Son as a lesser God, in violation of God's law. Hear O Israel, the LORD thy God is one God!

Stop telling me what I believe.

The Father is the ONLY God.

Christ is a creation, but given the fullness of the Father, so he is a FORM of God, NOT God. Christ is a servant of his Father. God says jump and Christ jumps. He was sent to us, he did not come of his own accord. He obeys his God out of love and respect. He came and took the form of man to die for us. God can not die. But Christ could, this was God's plan from the start.

You HAVE said God had a spiritual son, so just as a human son is human a spiritual son of a god is a god.
You're so blind you can't even use you own logic to see how you contradict yourself.

Doesn't have to. It refers to him as God.

Actually, since this thread is about the trinity, and the trinity refers to Jesus Christ as "God the Son" it would be reasonable to know if scripture actually refers to Jesus as "God the Son" which it does not.

Exodus 7:1 KJV refers to Moses as God, therefore, Moses is "God the Son"?

How about all those people who Jesus referred to that God refers to as Gods? John 10:34-35 They are "God the Sons" as well?

According to you, yes.

That answers the question of whether there is a trinity or not. No, for according to the above information and criteria there are far more than three involved.

Since being called god by God does not make anyone a creator, your point is moot.
