The Promises were made to Abraham and His Seed, which is Christ !

Gal 3:16

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

We know that Abraham is a Old Testament figure, and the Promises made to Him of God, to Him and His Seed, pertaineth not to his physical natural seed, but unto His Spiritual Seed which is Christ. Christ is He that is Spiritual ! Thats why Paul says of Him here this 1 Cor 15:46

Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

Jesus Christ was not Abraham's natural seed, but Spiritual Seed !

And so all the Promises God made to Abraham and His Seed pertained Abrahams Seed Christ, His Spiritual Seed. For instance this Promise Gen 17:7-8

7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.

8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

See, most believe that this Promise pertains to Abraham and his physical seed, the ethnic jews of the land of palastine, but it doesnt, it pertains to Abrahams Seed Christ, and those who are One with Christ, which is His Body the Church. Thats why Paul writes in Gal 3:28-29

28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

The Promises were made to Abraham and His Seed, which is Christ !2

The Promise of the Land of Canaan as an everlasting possession here Gen 17:8

8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

That word possession is the heb word 'achuzzah and means:

  1. possession, property
    1. land
    2. possession by inheritance

So it means Inheritance, its a promised Inheritance, which takes us to Gal 3:16-18

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.

18 For if the inheritance [The Land of Canaan for a everlasting possession] be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

So the point is, The Promise of Gen 17:8 did not pertain to Abrahams physical seed israel, but a Spiritual Seed Israel chosen in their Head Christ, Abraham's Spiritual Seed, which is Spiritual 1 Cor 15:46

46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

Rev 1:5

5And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

That word first begotten is the greek word prōtotokos and means:

the firstborn

a) of man or beast

b) of Christ, the first born of all creation

It is Two Greek words, #1.

prōtos:

first in time or place

a) in any succession of things or persons

2) first in rank

a) influence, honour

b) chief

c) principal

3) first, at the first

#2. tiktō:

to bring forth, bear, produce (fruit from the seed)

a) of a woman giving birth

b) of the earth bringing forth its fruits

c) metaph. to bear, bring forth

He is the First in a succession to be brought from the dead. This denotes many shall follow to be born out of the dead !

Now this profound truth means many things, but one thing of main and utmost importance that it means and is sorely neglected by false teachers, mainly out of ignorance, is that the resurrection of Christ, out from the dead, ensures and is the pledge of the Spiritual and Physical resurrection for all whom He died and represented, His Church, His Body. Thats why we have not only Rev 1:5 but also Col 1:18

18And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Rom 8:29

29For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

His Resurrection ensures their [The Elect brethren] spiritual resurrection from spiritual death 1 Pet 1:3

3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

Because He Lives out from the dead, all for whom He died shall live out from the dead. They are the many that Jesus says Jn 5:25

25Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

They will hear because through His resurrection they shall be begotten again, or as Paul puts it in Eph 2:5

5Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)

This is the end result of Christ being " The first begotten of the dead"

It is impossible for anyone that Christ died and rose in behalf of, not to be made spiritually alive Eph 2:5 lest God's Purpose Rom 8:29 was a failure !

True, because their New Birth is the evidence that they were Chosen In Union with Christ before the foundation Eph. 1:4; 2 Tim. 1:9. For they were "begotten again" unto a lively hope by His Resurrection from the dead 1 Pet. 1:3. Being quickened together with Him Col. 2:13, they received a New Birth at His Resurrection, and experimentally Born Again in time.

Do you Calvinists want God's Truth, or to rely on what choice teachers say?

You either fell upon false teachers, or the false teachers fell upon you.

If you want God's Truth instead of what some denominations teaches, then get Jesus' teachings and do what he says. That is how we seek God and find God.

Good works, which God hath before ordained !

Eph 2:10

10For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

When did God purpose or ordain the New Creatures good works that they should walk in ?

Was it before or after they became believers ?

The word ordained here is the greek word proetoimazō:

to prepare before, to make ready beforehand

Its the same word used in Rom 9:23

23And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

When Did God afore prepared these unto Glory ? Was it before they became believers or after they became believers ?

These Vessels of Mercy Rom. 9:23 were Chosen of God, In Union with Christ their Surety / Head from Everlasting, to be God's Adopted Children Eph. 1:4-5 and joint Heirs with Christ Rom. 8:17. For Eternal Life is only In the Son and was promised to them from Everlasting, before they knew about it!

1 John 5:11, 13
11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Their believing in Christ is the result of them having been ordained / appointed to Eternal Life:

Acts 13:48
And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

Titus 1:1-2
1 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; 2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

2 Tim. 1:9
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began

Ye ignorantly worship !

Acts 17:23

For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, To The Unknown God. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.

Many this past sunday celebrated easter or what is now called resurrection sunday. This they do ignorantly, merely out of human tradition and superstition.

But theres a scripture that teaches one of the grand truths of what Christ's Resurrection truly means Rom 4:25

25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

Yes, the Resurrection of Christ is an signification from God that all for whom sends He was delivered for, are declared Justified, Righteous before God !

His Resurrection from the dead is God the Fathers declaration that Christ's obedience unto death has perfected their salvation Heb 10:14

14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

The resurrection of Christ is Gods declaring that Truth openly !

The resurrection of Christ assures us of Gods acceptance of Christ's Suretyship work for all whom He lived and died, and that they are now accepted in Him Eph 1:6

6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

The resurrection also declares that everyone Christ lived and died for , namely His Body the Church, which He is Head and Savior, are in Him before God the Judge, as having done all that He has done, hence they are declared righteous, Rom 5:19

19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
And the resurrection of Christ declares that they have been made righteous before God ! Now how many went to church this past sunday, easter, with this truth in their heart ?

None. The Truth of Christ's Resurrection from the dead has not been revealed to those in false religion, or they still wouldn't be remaining in it.

When Christ was raised from the dead, all the Election of Grace Eph. 1:4; 2 Tim. 1:9; Rom. 11:5 which were In Union with Him, their Surety Heb. 7:22; Rev. 13:8; Is. 53:6; Rom. 4:8, were quickened together with Him Col. 2:13 as proof of their Justification by His Blood from Everlasting. All sin and its consequence was abolished for everyone of them in God's Sight, declaring them free from guilt and abjuring them to be Righteous. So then, as a result of their Justification, everyone of them shall be made a New Creation in time Eph. 4:24, and renewed by His Spirit given them of God because they are His Sons Gal. 4:6-7, and all because of Christ's Perfect Obedience on their behalf Rom. 5:19!

Rom. 8:33-34
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. 34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Praise the Lord!

B57 puts the hyper in hyper-grace. Hey, B57 Jesus Christ is the savior of the world (John 4:42, 1John 4:14) including all people. He saved every single person who has ever lived , forgiven them of all sin and made them perfect in himself. Those is no reason why any person should ever be lost because the good news is exceedingly good! We know that many will be lost because they reject this Salvation by unbelief. They don't believe the good news is this good like the Clavinist. Clavinist's try to deny Salvation to the non-Clavinists like the Jews did with the Gentiles. Anyone who can't see that this is a selfish, mandade doctrine from hell is not worthy. B57 is a horrible unbeliever.

B57 is what happens when you blow your brains out with a Calvinist 357. He should be called B357 because he is dead to reason.
