There are numerous similarities between the candidacy of trump and the 1976 and 1980 candidacies of Reagan. Their personal nature are not that similar but the public relations training both received in their respective careers made them act similarly in public settings.
In what possible sense is Trump like Reagan? I read a bit in Politico that sums my response to the notion.
