Deniers find the real world baffling and complex. The fact that warming overrides, but does not replace, natural fluctuations seems to be an incomprehensible notion for them.

The data is clear. Climate change is real and is caused by human use of fossil fuels. Resistance to change only helps the wealthy CEOs of fossil fuels companies and their investors. Things will get worse the longer the deniers are able to block progress. It is too late to avoid disasters, but we can have fewer of them if we cat now. Worse storms, droughts, floods, famines, sinking nations, dying species, dying oceans, dirty air and water; these are more are the consequences of folks like Stripe who wantonly deny the obvious facts in order to protect their right-wing ideology or their profits. Hundreds of thousands marched in New York and millions around the world the last two days. This is an historic opportunity to increase momentum for change.
In United States, the gerrymandered Congress will be able to prevent any significant action. However, there are some libertarians who are working for technological innovations that will slow the growth of carbon emissions.

First off, it was tens of thousands, not hundreds of thousands. But hey, you guys really like to distort numbers.
Secondly, the march was filled with anti-capitalism and communist propaganda.
Third, a good amount of the marchers were smoking pot as they marched.

It's funny how DiCaprio was marching for reduced carbon, when the same DiCaprio chartered a private jet from Australia to Las Vegas on New Years Eve just so he and his buddies could experience two New Year's Eve's on the same day.
IOW, DiCaprio felt there was nothing wrong with emitting pollution and carbon into the atmosphere from jet fuel for 13 HOURS so he could attend two parties, but DiCaprio marches in a parade denouncing carbon emissions.
