To my knowledge, there is not a single candidate that advocates abolishing the federal income tax, IRS or Federal Reserve. Every candidate is arguing about how much of your money they will steal. Do you want them to steal more, slightly less or a flat amount? No one is saying they don't want to steal from you. All of them want to fiance big government in one way or another. They all believe they have the right to steal your money and spend it for you. And the public is lining up to vote for this. Many voters are almost fanatical in their support for their preferred thief. If you're going to play ball and line up to vote, you're co-signing whatever tyranny is laid upon you. You want a master? You'll get one. Guaranteed.

Taxes themselves are not stealing. Excessive taxes (disproportionate payments by producers) and taxes to redistribute wealth are stealing.

When money is taken from someone without his consent, it is theft. That is the definition of theft. The only reason taxes are exempt from this definition is because the government does it.
