Most are not taught by parents or teachers to respect the law and law enforcement officers as civilized people should. Kids are growing up uncivilized, hating or fearing cops for unsound or evil reasons taught by ungodly adults leading them astray. Uncivilized young punks resist arrest, assault cops, or act up in threatening ways and end up dead from responses by the police. How sad.
