The word world kosmos oft times in the scripture doesnt mean everyone without exception, so its very important to understand the biblical context in which the word world is used before being careless with it. In Jn 12:19 the word is used and most certainly doesnt mean everyone without exception:

19 The Pharisees therefore said among themselves, Perceive ye how ye prevail nothing? behold, the world is gone after him.

Here it can only mean a large amount of the people, it didn't mean here everyone of mankind is gone after Him. I doubt that everyone without exception in that particular land is meant, for even the pharisees among them were excluded from them[the world]that has gone after Him.

Poor Bible students change clear meanings of words and passages in order to support false doctrines. God does not approve of that.

There is no doubt that Jesus sent His disciples into all the world to preach the gospel to every creature so that whosoever would believe in Jesus would be saved. The world in that reference is everybody without exception, just as the word "world" in John 3:16 is everybody without exception.

Mark 16:15

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

John 3:15-17

King James Version

15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
