Every seal of Revelation has been opened and fulfilled up to the first portion of the sixth seal, in which case the great earthquake happen in Lisbon in 1755, the sun became black and the moon became as blood in 1780 over New England, and the stars fell in 1833 in the great meteor shower witnessed in North America. The latter portion of the sixth seal remains unfulfilled, in which case the heavens will be rolled up like a scroll, and every mountain will be moved, happens at the coming of Jesus Christ, which is why men will hide in the caves of the earth from his second coming. In which case, when he comes, he will then begin to sound the trumpets, which are the seven trumpets of Revelation, which correlates with the dates of the Festival of Trumpets. Over two thousand years have passed since the death of Jesus Christ, did it not occur to you that certain prophecies might've been fulfilled within that time frame?

At the death of Jesus Christ, for after the 69th week when he was cut off, he confirmed his new covenant by his own blood, in which case he was then resurrected, and the good news was announced with mighty signs by the apostles in the midst of the 70th week, in which case he also stopped the observance of animal sacrifices because he became the literal sacrifice to God. And because of his sacrifice, he also stopped sin and transgression, to those who become his by rebirth in holy spirit. As such, the 70 weeks prophecy is already fulfilled, for they were 70 consecutive weeks to thus complete this prophecy,

Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. (Daniel 9:24 [KJV])

In which case, Jesus Christ became anointed when he received the holy spirit.

Because the times that were prophesied did not stop at the 70th week, for many more events that were prophesied that come after still have not been fulfilled, such as the second coming, new heaven & new earth, etc. However, up until that time all prophecy was sealed, meaning that no new prophecies were given to reveal what happens beyond the latest point in time that God has revealed through the prophets of old, which is the future time of the new heaven and new earth. Beyond that point is a mystery, for even the Book of Revelation, which organizes in order the events that the prophets predicted, also does not go beyond the time of the creation of a new heaven and earth.

What does "to seal up the vision and prophecy" mean?

Why would you think that all prophecy would be fulfilled at the 70th week if there exists prophecies further in time that speak of a new heaven and new earth, which obviously is not fulfilled in that time? You are misinterpreting the 70th week and what "seal up prophecy" means. I explained it to you in layman's terms, and here I quote myself again,

Oh have I? Or perhaps I've done my own research and can correlate actual events with prophecies. If you don't want to come to understanding concerning these prophecies, then don't. God grants understanding to whom he chooses, or hardens the hearts of them whom he has rejected.
