Acts 21:25 As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.

In fact, that would have been impossible for the Romans, for a Roman was prohibited from circumcision under Roman Law.

(Thus, why Cornelius, a Roman Centurion, Acts 10:1, would NOT have been circumcised, by the way)

I see nothing wrong with circumcision. It is a commandment of God. I believe that my parents had me circumcised. This message was for Gentile adults, and Paul had Timothy circumcised so you have to understand what he means, meant.
