This case and the cases involving gun rights and reeling in the ATF are going to be very interesting to watch. Especially interesting to watch the reaction from the left if they don't get their way. They haven't given up the idea of expanding the number of justices. And they know the clock is ticking on their majorities in the House and the Senate, with poll numbers in free fall.

First, SCOTUS had better make the right call.

And Second, I think that there will be enough common sense democrats to stop a vote for expansion. If Mansion and Sinema are willing to stick their necks out for spending, then surely they will not abide such an obvious power grab as expanding the court. Even the dumbest Democrat senator has to pause at such a vote. At least, I hope so.

If anyone can actually believe polling numbers. Hillary found she couldn't. Trump found he couldn't. The American people found they couldn't even trust voting numbers.
