The OP conveniently fails to mention that "Warkworth" which was identified as the Canadian institution where many of these incidents took place is a federal correctional facility.
The "Conservative" Party has been the federal party in power for the last several years - so they are the ones to be held accountable for the operation of federal prisons and for incidents that have happened on "their watch!"
Instead of this thread being entitled "Stupid liberals," a more accurate heading based on the facts should be
"STUPID CONSERVATIVES!"
