:idunno: Let's see if any restrictions are imposed/attempted. The article doesn't talk about what Feinstein may want.
So far the only things I've seen involve advertisements and I think some additional transparency and controls on that would make some sense.

"Drbrumley" would have us believe that the man who led the "birther" movement for 5 years and tweeted, in the middle of the night, that President Obama wiretapped Trump Towers, has more credibility than these agencies!
