* Open Season on Peruvian Kids: Peru is legalizing sex with children as young as 14 (either to show they're a modern society, or because their congressmen and their president Garcia would prefer to avoid prosecution for future assaults.

* Delaware's Dalkon Shield: Delaware's house lawmakers eliminated a two-year statute of limitations for child predators, but shielded public school teachers by exempting them from this move to provide greater protection to children.

* 5 Foot Tall Predator: supposedly too short for punishment, 52-year-old molester of a 13-year-old gets probation.
