He may not understand why modern people use the technology they do, but he has returned to say that he's the answer to Europe's problems.
This time the problems are national debts and of course floods of immigrants. When he does find those who react against socialism and the immigrants, he's quick to say, we could use you!
He's Adolf Hitler.
But a hard-luck TV journalist thought he was just a comedian, and didn't he spike his TV station's ratings to feature him?
But he really is Hitler, and he really does have solutions for these problems.
GUESS WHO'S BACK? is a commentary on the meager choices Europe has in the modern setting. It may also be a 'be nice to Muslims' appeal, possibly by Muslims, or else there'll be trouble...or Hitler.
