Frauenhoffer lines clearly encode information from the origin stars. They are easy to translate, and clearly contain information.

Did the stars have the intelligence to create the code?

Do you look at tree rings and think the tree is trying to communicate with you? They are not codes.
Frauenhoffer lines and tree rings are us trying to understand the data. The stars and trees are not communicating with you. Scientists do not refer to those things as language....like they do with DNA.
