Some city and medical officials around the country are not hiding the fact that they intend to show favoritism towards blacks while discriminating against whites when it comes to administering essential medical care. Why is that? Does the democrat government pay them to discriminate against whites? Who is making and/or approving these types of decisions in the Biden administration?

As COVID-19 rips through New York, the state government has decided to prioritize non-white people to receive COVID-19 treatments because of "longstanding systemic health and social inequities."

The government is planning to target that part of the population that is most resistant to governmental healthcare intrusions, due to a past history of unforgivable behavior on the part of the government, by encouraging that part of the population to take a vaccine that they don't want to take.

Who else thinks this is going to end badly?

@Rusha - should those African Americans who are resistant to the government's encouragement be punished? How severely?
