It's always immoral to disobey God.
Therefore disobeying God is immoral to that extent.
Yet God gave MANY MANY symbolic laws to Israel that were pointers to Christ (symbols of things to come - therefore symbolic).
After the symbol has come and God no longer has that symbolic expectation it is therefore no longer immoral because you aren't disobeying God.
