If you foment widespread hate crimes against whites and spark massive violent reactions all across the nation as a result of your lying accusations against non-existent white supremacist racism then you get a few months in jail, if you are black. And a few thousand dollar fine to cover tens of thousands of dollars spent by law enforcement investigating the non-existent, lying, fictional hate crime.
