I believe that Acts 26:17 is a PARALLEL verse to 1 Cor15:8 where Saul was one " born out of Due time .
Here in Acts 26:17 it reads " Taking you Out , from the people ( the Jews ) and the Gentiles , to whom I now send you ."
#1, The verb " delivering or taking " out is in the Present Tense and means that SAUL / PAUL will never to go back and be a Pharisee and the Jews religion .
#2 , The Christ says " I send " also a Present tense verb and means that Paul will be CONTINUALLY preaching Grace .
In verse 18 many see it this way , in 5 parts :
#1 , To OPEN Gentile eyes , 2 COR 4:4 and EPH 1:18 , as Israel has been set aside with BLINDNESS and will not be Converted as John 12:40 reveals ! PENTECOST has been POSTPHONED !!
#2 , To turn Gentiles from Darkness to light , Eph 5:8 !
#3 , To turn Gentiles from Satan to God , Col 1:13 !
#4 , Gentiles to receive forgiveness of sins , Eph 1:7 and Col 1:14 !!
#5 , Gentiles to receive an Inheritance , in Eph 1:11 and 18 and Col 1:12 !!
This is the MYSTERY that was revealed to SAUL / PAUL and not to the 12 , as they preached " THE CIRCUMCISION ." Gal 2:7
Paul preached " THE UN-CIRCUMCISION " of Gal 2:7
