A morally based justice system is not tyranny it is justice.
God ordained only three just punishment.

1. Capital punishment for murder, rape, etc
2. Corporal punishment (wipping or flogging ) for many other crimes.
3. Punitive restitution - For financial crimes. You have to pay back much more that you stole.
These are not only just, they will work to make us much safer.
