Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who is one of those officials who is supposed to protect Americans’ rights, admitted to a congressional committee on Wednesday that her Department of Justice has been discussing ways to legally persecute people who don’t believe in global warming.

If so, then you could face civil penalties if the head of the DOJ has her way.
“This matter has been discussed. We have received information about it and have referred it to the FBI to consider whether or not it meets the criteria for which we could take action on,” Lynch said at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.
It’s noteworthy how casual she is while explaining the DOJ’s discussions of how to violate Americans’ First Amendment rights.
