Thank God there are still some judges in America who place the interests of the democrat party behind responsibility to the US Constitution, rather than the other way around. One Jan 6 defendant had one silly charge against him dismissed.

A federal judge has thrown out a felony obstruction charge leveled against a Jan. 6 defendant, saying the man’s alleged conduct doesn’t fall under the statute used by prosecutors in dozens of cases related to the 2021 breach of the U.S. Capitol.
However, the defendant still faces other silly charges for posting this:
