Turley makes it plain, after listing what he calls embarrassing statements by Giuliani, that Giuliani's suspension has nothing but politics at the heart of it. He said that if the same standard of behavior Giuliani is being held to that a large portion of the nation's lawyers would be under suspension as Giuliani's suspension is based upon statements made outside of court. That simply cannot be made the standard of behavior for it is the extinction of free speech.
Turley shows how Democrat lawyers have said things far worse than Giuliani has and there are no movements to suspend their law licenses. Giuliani's case is one of nothing more than unjust prosecution for doing nothing more than others do on a regular basis. It's nothing but political prejudice.
