He does the same thing here to the 'Berlin Wall' as he did to climate change when he was in Alaska. Not only is his history mistaken, the references by others to an event are not understood; in the case of the Muir quote in Alaska, he was anachronistic.
Only such a 'professor' of the Constitution would say the thing is essentially flawed.
