How will the creation itself be bought into the liberty of the children of God IF the world is destroyed at the future coming of Christ, and there be no millennium? (Kingdom of God established on earth)

Rom 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.
Rom 8:20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope;
Rom 8:21 because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
Rom 8:22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.

It depends on how you interpret "pass away" and how you translate "new."

IF by "pass away" we mean that the corruption of the world brought by man is swept away, and by "new" we mean "renewed", then creation isn't literally destroyed, but rather, it current state is wiped away, and God brings renewal to creation as those who have placed their faith in Christ return to earth to fulfill the creation mandate.

where does it say
that
the millennium will be the kingdom of God established on earth?

The word millennium is used to describe the thousand years or more correctly the years of (the) thousand when the Kingdom(s) of this world become (under the authority of) the Kingdom of God.--

Rev 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Rev 11:16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
Rev 11:17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

The world will never be destroyed. The world is without end but, the end of this age that is announcing His soon return, is fast approaching.
