How much weight should we place on the testimony of disgraced Trump staffers?

Not much. People lie. People have biases. People can be wrong. Never blindly accept what someone says about someone else because there will almost always be some sort of bias involved in the criticism or praise.

Here is the testimony of a former staffer who accuses Feinstein of racism against blacks. Take it for what it is worth.

What led to Purley deciding Senator Feinstein's office might not be the right fit for him was after the Senator confused him with the other black guy in the office after he's been there for five years. Things came to a head during a staff meeting when, while the whole team was assembled around the conference table, Purley gave a speech on how the senator doesn't do enough for the African-American community. Adding: "The Senator cares more about Kirby, her f*ckin’ dog, than Black people." When the meeting went silent because they couldn't even, Purley repeated the dog line. “The Senator cares more about her dog than Black people."
