What do many of you so called “christians” BELIEVE what having FAITH IS!? – If you do not have WORKS of the righteousness of Jesus Christ, YOU CANNOT HAVE A “BELIEF” in Jesus Christ / FAITH! – The WORKS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS is the proof of your belief / faith! – Your faith / belief without works is DEAD. ---- What does it take to get it through some of your carnal heads that faith, and one’s belief is the same thing with and without the works of righteousness? – Maybe faith or believing in what Christ has said about faith and belief. – Saying you have faith, does not SHOW GOD that you do. – What happened to PROVE ALL THINGS? Why do you leave out proving that you have faith and that you believe in the power of the Gospel?

Faith works righteousness.

Faith IS the work of "righteousness". Faith is nothing without the Work, therefore the Work is the Proof of faith. There is only the doing what the Lord commanded with love and obedience. - Does God see the work or does God see your faith that is dead / not there without the work?
Prove all things by your faith; HOW? --- God had to see Abraham's attempt to offer up Isaac, and his faith / attempt was counted unto him for RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Faith without works is dead, and one without faith is DEAD also. God cannot give you faith. Faith is one of those good and honest heart things that an evil heart cannot have or receive, because the more the Truth is given, the harder the evil heart becomes.
Faith is the, - "You coming to him / coming out from among them / save yourselves / sanctify thyself". -- Christ will save one who DOES his commandments, which are his righteousness. --- 1 John 3:7 KJV -

Wow, what a statement. I always thought of faith as a gift from the Spirit. Perhaps faith is a seed which everyone is born with. Perhaps the question isn't so much about the source of faith as it is the destination of faith. Faith in principalities and powers, faith in self, faith in God, faith in God through Christ...


Gal 5:6 "...the only thing that counts is faith working through love."

Perhaps the argument is circular because Love / Faith / Works are ONE TRIUNE SUBSTANCE that manifests the Holy Presence of ONE TRIUNE GOD.

Also note: I believe that for Letsargues argument, there's a difference between the triune "Love / Faith / Works" that God manifests and the works of the law that the Apostle Paul refers to.

Gal 2:16: "yet we know a person is not justified by the works of the law but through the faith of Jesus Christ."

The lost is saved by Faith; faith in the Truth of the power of the Gospel. – After salvation, or being saved from the damnation of hell, there is no longer need for Faith to be saved. – Knowledge is not Faith, but Knowledge is the LIFE from the Tree of Life. - Christ is our Knowledge and Life that is gathered from the Tree of Life. We merely plant the seeds from that fruit of knowledge in our own Garden. --- Every single Angel has his own Principality and Garden to dress and to keep; -- then plant.
