I will continue to work through peaceful, legal means to stop abortion in this country until our government says "no more". When our government completely shuts down pro-lifers and removes our ability to introduce constitutional amendments, prevents us from bringing forth legislation, arrests us for simply protesting on public properly, and arrests us for even speaking out against it in any forum, then the rules have changed and it is at that point that I would consider disobedience.
