Certainly Christ protested through a few real followers but they were ignored or silenced.
So Constantine won by devil’s power and made Christianity professed by less than 5% of population as state religion and became its head in fact. In this way devil made the Catholic church to worship him, which Christ had refused.

Then it will be easier for devil, the pride, to make us atheists. So they accepted the blasphemous theory that God created souls among sinful Adam’s progeny during animal like copulation and conception. It makes humanity equal to soulless animals. It implies that if soul originates here, then it must end here.
