Hmm, doesn't seem as though Trump has been gone for a while or turned into a hermit yet (at least)...still holding briefings and calling deaths "fatilities" and the like. What exactly was this thread supposed to be about as as much as I'd like the current clown in the WH to be unseen (and unheard), he's still here...
The mistake was in assuming that Trump's addled ramblings actually mean something.

Lately, Trump has been publicly pessimistic about his re-election chances. And that can explain some of the crazier things we see going on. He prides himself on hitting back when he feels wronged. And now, he thinks perhaps America is about to wrong him. How do you get even with America?

I don't doubt that Trump fervently wishes he had never been elected. As his pal Howard Stern predicted,being president has been very bad for him.
All of the ongoing rioting is happening in cities like Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, NYC, etc. BLM/Antifa thugs tried to spread the violence to red states and cities, but the authorities there swiftly put a stop to it. Quite revealing.
The Antifa/BLM gang in Seattle forced their Black female police chief to resign recently. "Fascinating," as Spock would say.
Trump's old and he'd getting more and more confused. I doubt if he knew exactly what he meant.
