The prophecy of Daniel 11:45 says, "And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between
the seas in the glorious holy mountain..." The power spoken of here is the king of the north, as shown by the preceding verses 40-44 of the same chapter. The Bible does not do this kind of prognostication. The apostles spent no time on these things, even though they use the OT 2500 times. Yet prophecy nuts spend all their time on it.

What we do know is that Christ is entitled to judge the world when the Father permits, Acts 17, because Christ is the resurrected Lord. He could have done so right after the destruction of Jerusalem, but has delayed. Nothing needs to happen on earth to make this happen.

People have been told for 50 years that X, Y or Z were the sign that this was about to happen. X, Y, Z are not. Before that, through church history, there were other X,Y,Zs, too. It is not how it works.
