solve most of humanity's problems?

Number {23} should raise an eyebrow.
It is difficult to always do what is right in the eyes of everyone, isn't it?
My view is that Number {23} refers to the general moral code shared
by most of humanity, for example Do not murder. Do not steal. Do to
others what you would have them do to you.

They are all good to do, and all will produce good results

Of course, there are many more such principles, truths, commandments, guidelines etc in the epistles.

Romans 12 is a great place to start learning and living those principles
