Instead of being concerned about the glacial pace of denuclearization in North Korea, General Bone Spurs takes on the NFL again.
Interesting how he allocates his time and effort.

i imagine he multi-tasks :idunno:

and what makes you think he puts much thought and effort into his tweets about the NFL? :freak:

Perhaps that is the issue, he puts little thought into anything.

There was an observation I heard the other night about Trump and his White House, namely his constant undermining and fighting against his own administration. Like most presidents, he and his staff will develop a position on an issue. The staff then spreads that position to the public. Then a day or two later, Trump will send out a seeming stream of consciousness tweet that completely undermines or even outright contradicts the position his staff has been building. And you see them floundering around the next day or so trying to reconcile the trainwreck of that position.

Trump attacks on those taking a knee during the national anthem is nothing more than redirecting the public's attention away gun violence in schools, the opioid epidemic (350000 deaths), healthcare costs, the Mueller Investigation ...

If "The Donald" were to actually read the 1st Amendment (assuming that he still reads), he would realize that these players are exercising their constitutional rights - the same Constitution that this President swore to uphold during the Inauguration!

This President fails to comprehend that his oath of office precludes him from picking and choosing only those parts of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights with which he agrees!

isn't trump exercising his first amendment rights by talking about them?
