'In God We Trust' = not in government

Did the atheist Miss Hunt on Fox (Ingraham) last night get it? Our Constitutional rights are not based in human government. Marxists would like to think so, and blare that out daily. But that is the point. It was meant to say that there is something beyond or above government that grounds them. Not one of the religions, either.

The stronghold is the assumption that any thing said about government means the decisions and enactments of men, subject to change.

If our rights are based on God's will and not government, then why are they listed in the Constitution and Bill or Rights at all?
