It's true that part of the observed case rise is due to an increase in testing. So- that's true.
Total deaths are going up, as they must by simple math. They can't go down. So that's false.
Death rate was down, but is now going up. So another false statement.
"CDC warns that COVID is at the stage where it cannot even be classified as an epidemic." I haven't seen any statement by the CDC to this effect. Unless somebody can show me such a statement, it appears to be false and a complete fabrication. i.e. a bold-faced lie.

In short- one true fact and a bunch of false ones, including one plain lie.

At least, the 'powerful' rich Elite around the world who are behind the worldwide propaganda of the COVID pandemic (yes, in all countries with no exceptions) knew in advance that one of its goal is to add another reason to each ruling system (also, in all countries with no exceptions) to divide its people who were divided already by other tactics claimed being natural.

The subjects (now in millions, if not billions) of any ruling system cannot be controlled well if they are not divided while they are also unified against a cruel bogyman.

For example, in America, the bogyman was Communism for many decades till it was replaced by Terror of Islam, in less than 24 hours, after sacrificing with a cold blood thousands of citizens in NYC on 9/11/2001.

Another example, in Middle East, the bogyman was the powerful Israel which was also replaced after 9/11/2001 by Terror of Islam to justify the destruction of many countries, since year 2011 till these days, by so-called unbeatable unreachable Islamist terrorists holding the black flags "Allah is the messenger of Mohammad" (Yes, this is how an Arab read the 3 words on their flags, written vertically, from top to bottom).

My point is... if in the past there were slaves obeying their masters, now, in every country, I see nice sheep following their preferred powerful rich shepherds; assumed being angels :)

Overall, the death rate by COVID is going down, but death by the lockdown is going up. The places where the COVID death rate is going up is greatly overwelmed in the statistics by places where that death rate is going down. But death by lockdown is going up almost everywhere on the earth and it will in time kill a great many more people than COVID could every be stretched into killing.

And masks don't work. Not for virii. Not the way we use them in the current public. The current use is to avoid droplets getting airborn to avoid other people being introduced to those droplets. Cloth masks do almost nothing to help with the droplet problem. But paper masks don't work for very long before they have the exact same problem. And, as my daughter the nurse keeps reminding her uninformed friends, doctors do not wear masks primarily to stop virii, but it is done mainly for bacteria control. They also change paper masks frequently because they don't control droplets for very long.

It keeps the boss happy. I have to wear it when I'm interacting with customers so very seldom throughout the day. But I wear it down over my chin and my throat so it's ready to pull up when I need it. Awfully glad to take it off at the end of the day.

'We, the People' has no right to die... unless someone's death serves the ruling system (This applies in any country around the world).
Lately, the death of a person serves the interests of his powerful rich class not only in wars but if it supports/confirms the worldwide coronavirus propaganda.

Interesting, and not surprising. I will point out that:
1. The study cited is about the long-term effects of unemployment, not "death by lockdown", for which there probably aren't any hard numbers.
2. Masks are a means to help end lockdown and go back to almost normal. Complete normal is not possible. Lockdown is a necessary evil, and can't be kept up for long. Masks are a simple way to help get back to a more normal economy.

The Republican governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, is considering putting Texas under a second lockdown:

With Texas continuing to break records for new coronavirus deaths and hospitalizations this week, Gov. Greg Abbott reiterated Friday afternoon that things will continue to get worse. And if people keep flouting his new statewide mask mandate, he said, the next step could be another economic lockdown.

"Things will get worse, and let me explain why," he told KLBK TV in Lubbock. "The deaths that we're seeing announced today and yesterday - which are now over 100 - those are people who likely contracted COVID-19 in late May.

"The worst is yet to come as we work our way through that massive increase in people testing positive."

Texans will also likely see an increase in cases next week, Abbott said, and people abiding by his face mask requirement might be the only thing standing between businesses remaining open and another shutdown.

People like him are...uncomfortable for some. It is hard to claim that he is a "leftist" (or "Nazi Leftard" as some would have it). Hard to say that he is part of some socialist conspiracy, or diabolical "deep state" plot. Though I probably underestimate the ability of the human imagination.

I wonder why no one here presents one or more cases in which he witnessed, in person, about coronavirus deaths?!

If I remember well, one member said that he heard of the death of one of his neighbours which was attributed to coronavirus.
