Taking money from one person, with the threat of violence, and giving it to another is theft. Demanding money at the penalty of prison or worse, is extortion. Even if you were to rob someone, yet mow their lawn for them and claim your theft was payment for the service you provided, it would still be robbery. If you and a few of your friends voted to give a mutual friend the right to steal from someone else, it would still be theft. If you picketed someone's pocket and gave the money to charity, it is still stealing.

Taxation, therefore, is theft and extortion.

Like Jesus and the apostles obeyed the Roman government and the Sanhedrin? Nah, they were executed for failing to obey. Romans 13 is obviously talking about a Godly government that exists to punish evil doers. Jesus paid taxes. But taxes are still theft.

First, where does it say "government" in Romans 13? Of course there was order in the church. That's a given. Giving tribute to the ministers of God and paying an income tax and all of the other taxes is not implied in Romans 13.

Further, God most certainly does not ordain all governments.

You're using a chapter about accepting order among God's people and attempting to justify any form of government, apparently. It's utter nonsense, and cannot be reconciled with the rest of the new testament where Jesus and the Apostles scoffed at the state.

In America we pay taxes for a good reason . The taxation benefits EVERYONE . Without taxes we would not have public libraries, public schools, highways, roads, public roads, public universities etc.
We would not be able to have police, firefighters , be able to pay judges and public defenders,
we would not have clean air, water and safe food, electricity , national parks,
and countless other things we all take for granted . If you lost your job and could not pay the rent or mortgage, you would lose your home and starve on the streets with your family .
The entire US economy would collapse and there would be mass joblessness, homelessness and total chaos .
