Having a soul has nothing to do with intelligence. Intelligence is a result of brain function and is determined largely by genetics but intelligence has nothing to do with spirituality or soul.
There is no evidence in the Bible that animals have a spiritual nature or that they possess a soul.
Man has dominion over all animals. We are the pinnacle of God's creation and are made up of body, soul and spirit. As far as we know animals were never given a spirit or a soul:
Genesis 2:7
Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
This never happened to any animal but our spirit returns to God after death while the body returns to the Earth to await its resurrection:
Ecclesiastes 12:7
and the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.

Don't you even know your own calendar?? Hillel was the Rabbi who invented your Jewish calendar in 359 AD. January is on the Gregorian calendar and is used by most of the world. Don't you know anything?
I do not observe the American Calendar or the Roman Calendar.
Rosh Chodesh is based in the Torah.

You really are dumb. The calendar you are using is the Hillel calendar that is based on the Torah calendar. That is why you are a day ahead of the Torah calendar created by God. You really don't understand anything. When you say "I do not understand." - that is so true, you really have no clue.
I do not know where you are getting your information. I am not dumb.
Rosh Chodesh can be read about in the Torah. It is based on the observation of the moon, the first sliver or slither of light. This occurs after the astronomical new moon where the moon is completely black or dark.
The Babylonian Calendar names were adopted in and or following the Babylonian Captivity, which you can read about in the TaNaK. Then there is Matthew through Revelation. Hillel, from what you tell me of the date, was long after this.
Since Rosh Chodesh is by observation and not by calculation, I do not know what you are saying or telling me. I observe Rosh Chodesh, but according to Torah not the Babylonian Month Names.

You need to look up the definition of dumb. The question is if someone who is dumb can be healed and or if they are considered to be disabled. Calling someone dumb is an insult. I cannot agree with you when you insult me. I do not think that you would agree with me if I were to insult you.
Rosh Chodesh begins at or following sundown. It is two days. The second day is the first day of the twelfth month. I will not be online during Rosh Chodesh.
