ECT Obsolete, aging and soon disappearing: why MAD is pointless

MAD is not so much mistaken as pointless.

Heb 8 tells us the end of the old covenant is as gradual as the verbs chosen in this verse, and many obsolete things linger on.

The waste of MAD is to try to over analyse this in slow motion in the first half of Acts or all of it and find out exactly how it came apart or ended. Who cares?

No, but you have to interpret Heb 8:13 don't you? Since it is true, why does anyone bother with MAD for even a moment?

In Deuteronomy chapter 2,,,Esau,,is Esau and his children under the covenant that he made with Israel(12 tribes) after they were delivered out of Israel?,,,or were they living in Sier and under the circumcision but not bound to the covenant made through Moses with Israel?

Ham, Japeth, and their tribes? What about the rest of the tribe of Shem before Abram was separated out,,were they under the old covenant(Moses)?

I don't care about your foolishness. Does that count?

Makes one wonder why his every thread is a thread not only against MAD, but in a derisive manner.

Are there no other issues the fool looks into?

He is merely one more obsessed troll.

The equivalent of purposely going into a neighborhood he has no business in; but going in anyway simply for the strife he gets off on.

He is nothing more than another Jerry and or Tet: their EVERY thread; a rock thrown through a neighbor's window.

People who want to know what the bible really means care. Why commit your life to a falsehood?

Some people can not live in the same universe where MAD doctrine is taken seriously by more than the number of people you can fit in the back seat of an MG.

Because the alternative is your mess.

We are free from the "burden" of having to sort out every line in Acts, got it? It is an account; it is not a systematic statement of Christian doctrine like Heb 8 or Gal 3. I embrace them, and see no mess, thank you.

Then spend your time in Gal 3 and Heb 8 where our theology is stated in complete and necessary form, instead of trying to figure out why or how certain things happened or were misunderstood. There is no need or point to MAD.

Can you prove our theology is complete in Galatians 3 and Hebrews 8? Hebrews wasnt even written to you . Are you a member of the twelve tribes?

. There is no burden to sort out every line of Acts. It's important however to be sure you are not reading your own ideas of churchianity into Acts as my Sunday school teachers were prone to do as well as many others like J. Vernon McGee...God bless him.

That's why I see no point in MAD. It deals with obsolete, unnecessary questions. It is clutter where the Gospel is crisp and necessary.

The gospel is crisp to you because you follow MAD without realizing it. However , many step away from the doctrine meant for us and start misapplying the four Gospels and books like James and Hebrews and Revelation and Jude and quickly start teaching a gospel that is anything but crisp and is without exception fixated on staying saved with good behavior .

MAD is rightly dividing the word of truth. That's what we do
