What those laws were meant for and what you all perpetuate with them are two different things.

It is more than clear that is about women because there is virtual silence on men raped.

Here in California the state has officially listed five candidates as offical write-in candidates. Any ballot with another write-in candidate will not be counted. Does your state do something similar?

If you don't protest an act, you are giving your consent.

Disagree, you cant protest anything in advance without advance notice.

If you reciprocate vigorously in a very positive way, I would say you have given even more powerful consent. It used to be called romance. If you had to ask permission, it meant you lacked confidence and the woman would reject you. If you were wrong and the woman was not interested in your advance, there would be a simple shoving away or a slap if necessary.

You have now taken normal romance and turned it into a felony.

What trump described is far different than not fighting off an unwelcome assault. He described a very positive and warm reception to his advances. In other words, the advances WERE wanted as he described it. It is just your bias that assumes they were not wanted.

Not necessarily, ever heard of the casting couch? Many women have thought they had to put up with something unwanted, in order to suceed, or even be given a chance, doesn't mean it was invited or welcome.

Kinda like some of them women at fox, they put up with sexual talk for their positions to remain in effect.

PS. - I spared both Hilary and Trump and voted for Jill Stein And no...its not a wasted vote, its a vote of conscience. Its an investment in giving a 3rd party fed. funding if they get at least 5% of the vote.

You keep talking about those laws like they're relevant. The agenda is perpetuating some affirmative action against men, plain and simple. Insinuating that they are intrinsically rapists who need to be trained otherwise, or making sexual innuendo seem tantamount to sexual assault.

But you ignore what's right in front of your face and deny it when someone tells you. Your omission is by definition agreement, and that's straight up sad in my book.
