Laura Ingraham apologizes too late.

Like most people, I didn't have the money to go to college.
So I didn't go.
And I sure as heck didn't expect for others to have their hard earned money stolen from them so I could.

What socialism sheep want is to have hired thieves (like a government) that will steal from folks for them.
Turning charity into thievery.
And then expecting the sheep to praise them (the thieves) for being so noble and taking care of them.
And brainwash the sheep to say "It's OK for me to hurt you so my pain doesn't feel so bad".

Liberals are generous with other peoples money.

I'm the opposite.
I taught my kids that if you don't have the cash to pay for a pair of designer jeans, then you don't get designer jeans.
And if you don't have the cash to join a country club, then you don't get to be a member of the country club.
And if you lose a competition, you don't get a trophy.
Oh, and life ain't fair to anyone, so don't think you're special in that regard.

HORRORS!

You did it the right way.

I've never seen so many alleged adults triggered so easily by a high school senior. Calm yourselves. Ingraham did something vicious and stupid, and she got consequences. Even she admits she was wrong.

That's all there is. Let it go.

If you truly believe that to be the truth, than simply close this thread. I know you won't, because this thread gets you some much needed attention since you're no longer able to create 'Trump bashing' threads.

Flattery will get you nowhere.

But sarcasm always gets me Grosnik.

Laura Ingraham Takes a Week Off as Advertisers Drop Her Show
Several companies, including Hulu, Nutrish, Nestlé and TripAdvisor, have yanked their advertisements from Ms. Ingraham’s show.

“We’d like to confirm that we are no longer advertising on Laura Ingraham’s show and are monitoring all of our ad placements carefully,” Hulu said on Twitter.

“The decision of an adult to personally criticize a high school student who has lost his classmates in an unspeakable tragedy is not consistent with our values,” Wayfair, an online retailer of home goods, said in a statement. The company said it supported “open dialogue and debate.”

Consumers have increasingly used social media to demand that advertisers respond to controversies, particularly those involving Fox News hosts.

Last year, more than 50 brands pulled ads from “The O’Reilly Factor” after The New York Times reported on settlements that the show’s host, Bill O’Reilly, had made with women who accused him of sexual harassment or other inappropriate behavior, which contributed to his ouster.

On Thursday, Ms. Ingraham apologized to Mr. Hogg, saying he should be proud of his grade point average.

A little time out, some personal reassessment, not a bad decision. And maybe, once the heat dies down, some advertisers will come back. Worth hoping for.

You see my fellow posters, without guys like 'Old GM' and a few others, Barb and his ilk wouldn't be successful at drawing a crowd to their threads. That's the truth.

I'll give you some good advise; use less words when making a comment or giving an opinion. And, stop making your posts look like they were 'Cut and pasted.' (Which they, no doubt were.) Use your own words and make it short and sweet. If 'Old GM', Tam and a few others get bored with this thread and leave, you'll have no traffic coming your way. Know what I mean?

Barb, put your money where your mouth is and close this thread. Prove to us all, that's all there is.
Why is "Grosnick Marowbe" so eager to close down a thread instead of allowing it to run its natural course?

Obviously he feels threatened by something he can't control!

As for "Laura Ingraham," major corporations don't want their products associated with someone who would trash those teenagers who narrowly escaped being the victims of a mass murderer and exercising their 1st Amendment Rights.

The net result is that these kinds of unfortunate attempts by "conservatives" to attack these students will only embolden the next generation of American voters to break the strangle hold of the "gun lobby!"
