No, He said Love was His highest standard in Moses, and proved it when He said, He without sin, cast the first stone.
He has always been the forgiving God.
It is evil to judge. Why did He come for sinners, but was slaughtered by the self righteous that condemned by holding people to the standard of God's perfection? We never had a right to judge by Moses and it became abundantly clear in the NT and New covenant. God had to step from eternity to tell us it's about Love, not standards of religious adherence and perfection.
Woe to those that try to claim there inheritance of righteousness on this earth. They will truly weep at the humanity they shunned and hurt.
Any other teaching is not from "The Mouth" of God.
