Global warming is a joke.
The high temperature in Kansas City today was 5 degrees.
In the history of Kansas City (going back to the mid 1800's) this is the coldest the high temperature ever was in March.
No joke.
Everyone involved in the global warming hoax falsifies their data because if they used real data, there wouldn't be a hoax.

You are really putting your ignorance on display for everyone to see. You think scientists don't know about the problems with urban temperature data?
You display a lack of understanding of the very basics on how this temperature data was gathered and calculated, and yet you confidently proclaim the whole thing to be a hoax.

It might have been if it actually happened, Chrys. But since they are different things, it is very unlikely. 'Climate change' has been in use since the 1950s, for example.
This graph shows Google Scholar word hits for the two phrases, and it doesn't look like any name change has happened at all:
