The whole Bible is about ONE THING, and that is to believe and OBEY God.
The whole Bible is about ONE THING: THE GLORY OF GOD.

The reason that you think otherwise is because you are self-centered.

Paul did not preach different gospel than the one Jesus taught while on earth.
Paul received MANY NEW revelations from God. Paul says so OVER and OVER.

Paul just got to be the one that preached to all the other nations.
So the nation of priests were ONLY for Israel (ie., themselves)?

What happened when Jesus died on the cross? What happened is that he shed his blood for the NEW Covenant.
The NEW covenant replaces the OLD covenant and they are BOTH between God and Israel. That's what the Bible says.

Everything Jesus taught while on the earth were the rules for the new covenant.
Absolutely NOT. Jesus was BORN UNDER THE LAW and taught that way.

Since the earthy temple was still standing, the rules to enter it still were in force by the Pharisees and teachers of the law; however, Jesus said it would be destroyed, and when it was, there was no way anyone could enforce it anymore.
So the LAW was still enforceable right up until the day the Temple fell? Even though that was about 3 DECADES after Jesus' death on the cross?

It does not mean there were different gospels.
There are MANY gospels. Gospel simply means GOOD NEWS.

Jesus taught believe, as did Paul!
Yes, they did.

What makes you think Paul saying believe excluded obey?
We should always obey everything that God wants us to obey, but that is NOT how you receive God's GRACE.

Grace is NOT a reward for obedience, it is MERCY despite ourselves.

Jesus and Paul taught believe and obey. Paul taught what Jesus taught.
You are too confused. You believe only what you want to believe and not the truth.

English mistranslations of the Greek word "pisteuo".

Romans 10:9-11

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt "believe" (mistranslation) in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved . 10 For with the heart man "believeth" (mistranslation) unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith , Whosoever "believeth" (mistranslation) on him shall not be ashamed .

Corrected English translations of the Greek word "pisteuo".

Romans 10:9-11

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt "commit theirs lives to Him" (pisteuo) in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved . 10 For with the heart man "commits his life to Him" (pisteuo) unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith , Whosoever "surrenders their life to Him" (pisteuo) shall not be ashamed ."

Pisteuo was mistranslated into the English texts, because the English language has no verb form of the word "faith", Pistis in the Greek.

Pistis is a noun, "Faith" in English. Pisteuo is the cooresponing verb to pistis. The English should have had the words faither, faithing, and to faithe available to the translators. But those words are not in the English language so they were forced to use the words believe, believer, and believing. These English words the translators were forced to use do not define "pisteuo" , not even close.

A verb is an act, based upon a belief, sustained by confidence. So the mistranslated words believe, believer, and believing, don't even satisfy the definition of a verb much less the precise word pisteuo.

Pisteuo being a verb also describes the specific act, based on a specific belief, and sustained by a specific kind of confidence.

This is why the Vines Greek definition is the exact, precise definition of this word 'pisteuo used 248 times through out the NT.

That definition is: "A personal surrender to Him". " And a life inspired by such surrender."

This definition defines the specific action of what saving faith is. It starts the relationship, it maintains the relationship, and completes the relationship here on earth.
This is the only way one can be in Christ. There is no such thing as "believing."

Half measures avail nothing!

You make the word 'surrender' just as dead as faith aloners make the word 'believe'. So leave the translation alone it makes no difference.

James say faith alone is dead without right actions; and, you make surrender alone dead without right actions.

What kind of Glory is there for God if you do not obey?

The reason that you think otherwise is because you are self-centered.

Being saved is about a personal relationship between God and you.

It is about centeredness…right in your center…your heart.

Paul received MANY NEW revelations from God. Paul says so OVER and OVER.

Jesus was teaching Paul AFTER Jesus’ ascension. Paul missed the teachings from Jesus when Jesus was on earth. So duh, Paul is going to have the Truth explained to him in revelations. They were new revelations to Paul, but not a new gospel.

Belief, Believe, Believers
[ A-1,Verb,G4100, pisteuo ]
to believe," also "to be persuaded of," and hence, "to place confidence in, to trust," signifies, in this sense of the word, reliance upon, not mere credence. It is most frequent in the writings of the Apostle John, especially the Gospel. He does not use the noun (See below). For the Lord's first use of the verb, See John 1:50. Of the writers of the Gospels, Matthew uses the verb ten times, Mark ten, Luke nine, John ninety-nine. In Acts 5:14 the present participle of the verb is translated "believers."

The problem with most people is they see Salvation as a destination, when it's a continual journey, just as surrendering our selves to Christ. Every day we need to get up on that alter before Him and present ourselves a living sacrifice.

I speak of life; Jesus’ words are life.

All the saved are priests.

Revelation 1:6
and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen.

Revelation 5:10
You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.”

Revelation 20:6
Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

Saved by the blood without a covenant, but according to the RICHES of HIS GRACE.
Eph 1:7 (AKJV/PCE)

Just because the law was enforced for the earthy temple does not mean God wanted it to be enforced. The earthy temple was enforced by Jesus rejecters.

Wrong. There is much good news in the Bible.

The WHOLE Old Testament is about what was coming.

What was coming was Jesus Christ; but you make that not sufficient to save all that will be saved, even though the scripture says when he comes again, it will NOT be to bear sin.

Sin is what keeps us from God. How do you ever get Jesus will live on this world with those who have not been cleaned of their sins.

You do not obey God 100% of the time. You are a liar if you say that you do.

You have no idea how to live then.

I can see what you're so wrong all of the time, if you think that grace is a reward.

That scripture is about God planning salvation BEFORE the creation of the world; before the creation of ANYTHING.

Revelation is completely and totally about ISRAEL.

It is written by one of the circumcision apostles and contains all things ISRAEL.

You, ONCE AGAIN, try to make yourself an ISRAELITE.

How do you ever get you do not need a covenant with God?

You refuse to believe that Jesus TOOK CARE of SIN. That He DIED for IT! Therefore, you are UNSAVED and all the while thinking that your obedience makes YOU righteous. You have refused the RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD!

You have no idea how to live then.
Nice try. YOU ARE NOT 100% OBEDIENT.

Just as Jacob is called Israel by overcoming, we too are Israel by overcoming by faith in Jesus.

Jesus was BORN UNDER THE LAW and yet YOU think that He did not LIVE and TEACH it. That's dumb.

Show the scriptures where Jesus speaks about the time to get circumcised in the flesh, or when to give an animal sacrifice. Moses did that Jesus did not.

Nice try. YOU ARE NOT 100% OBEDIENT.
Jesus says we are a new creature. Did Jesus save we are not 100% a new creature?

So? It says that we are JUSTIFIED BY HIS GRACE and NOT ours.

We do not even have ACCESS to God's grace unless we have faith. See Romans 5:2.

Yes, you try to turn every thread into a "look at me (GT)" thread.

Of course there is. There is believing with one's mind and believing with one's heart.

Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

What are you "believing with your mind and heart?"

You make the word 'surrender' just as dead as faith aloners make the word 'believe'. So leave the translation alone it makes no difference.

James say faith alone is dead without right actions; and, you make surrender alone dead without right actions.

So you just ignore "pisteuo" all together! You must be one of our dispensationalist friends, where you pick and choose what you will and will not stand on, depending on the conversation.

Thats not going to fly, Pisteuo is used 248 times through out the NT, and is defined as "A personal surrender to Him". And, it's ongoing, and it changes as we change, but we'll never get to that point because were still stuck outside Jesus, His Spirit, and His Word. Until the first "pisteuo" or surrender is accepted by Christ were going nowhere!

Our obedience is a sacrifice of our bodies.

Jacob was a believer before he was named Israel due to his overcoming.

Only some believers today can be regarded as Israel by God.

Israel of the flesh does not even believe in Jesus Christ. They reject Him unless individuals become Christians by receiving Him.

The gathering of Gods Israel will not begin until Christ return.

Israel of the middle east is the work of unbelievers and will fail.
